This website explains Reply Foundry’s services and lets you request a conversation. Do not misuse the forms, impersonate someone else, submit harmful content or attempt unauthorised access.

Demos, audits and quotes

A request does not create a booking, paid contract or guarantee of availability. A booking is confirmed only through the agreed calendar or direct confirmation. Free demos and lead-response audits are initial discussions, not an unlimited implementation service.

Paid work

Before paid work starts, a written proposal identifies the contracting entity, scope, deliverables, fees, third-party costs, payment terms, support and cancellation arrangements. That agreed proposal governs the engagement. No payment is collected on this website.

Systems and integrations

Available features depend on your systems, access, provider capabilities and agreed scope. You must have the authority to connect your accounts and use the information you supply. Platform changes, outages and usage limits may affect delivery. SMS and phone services require a compatible provider and separate configuration.

Messages and results

You remain responsible for your business’s prices, availability, service promises and approved message content. Automation supports your process; it does not guarantee leads, bookings or revenue. The website assistant is automated and may direct questions to a person when it cannot answer.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. Any limits, remedies or termination terms for paid services must be stated in the agreed proposal and applied consistently with those rights.
