Who to contact
Reply Foundry is the service brand for this website. Contact replyfoundryhq@gmail.com for privacy questions, access, correction, deletion or complaints. The legal contracting entity will be identified in a service proposal before you enter a paid engagement.
What you choose to share
An enquiry may include your name, business, phone, email, website, service area, lead volume, current tools, preferred contact time and the problem you want help with. If you use the automated assistant, the conversation may be included with a submitted enquiry. Do not share passwords, sensitive personal information or your customers’ records.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond, assess your requirements, prepare a proposal and arrange a conversation. Optional promotional email consent is separate from permission to respond to your enquiry. You can withdraw promotional permission by emailing us.
Hosting, email and connected services
This website is hosted by Vercel and our contact mailbox is Gmail. When an enquiry connection is enabled, details are sent to our configured lead-management workflow to create contact and opportunity records and notify the team. A booking link may take you to a separate calendar provider with its own privacy information. Service providers may process data outside Australia. Ask us for current provider details before submitting if this affects your decision.
Attribution and optional analytics
We retain the first and most recent referral or campaign information in this browser for up to 90 days to associate a submitted enquiry with its source. This can include advertising click identifiers, campaign fields, page paths, referring sites and timestamps. Contact details and chat messages are not stored in browser local storage. Optional Google Analytics loads only after you allow it through analytics preferences; declining does not prevent an enquiry.
Unsent information
Form fields and chat messages remain in the current page while you use it. A failed submission is not confirmation that the team received your enquiry. The page explains the result and offers email as an alternative. Closing or reloading the page can clear unsent details.
Retention and security
We use information for the enquiry and any agreed service, and retain it only as needed for those purposes, legitimate record keeping or applicable requirements. You can ask what is held and request correction or deletion. We restrict access and use encrypted connections, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Questions or complaints
Email the team with enough detail to identify your enquiry. We will respond to your request and explain the next step. If the matter remains unresolved, you can seek guidance from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
